Complimentary Consultation:  

Before SAT Business Consulting undertakes any project, we will first meet with you, the owner or executive manager, to make sure there is a good match between your needs and what we can successfully deliver. This meeting can take place in person or over a video chat line such as Google Chat. The objectives of the meeting will be to learn each others needs, expectations, ability to provide resources in a timely manner, e.g., personnel, documents, personal time, funding, etc. More importantly, the meeting will establish the beginning of a partnership that will be mutually beneficial.

  

Proposal:

SAT Business Consulting will next provide you a written proposal identifying the proposed tasks, timelines, resource requirements, expectations, costs, retainer requirements, deliverables, etc. Once the proposal is negotiated and approved, SATBC can begin.
